Sunday Dec 4: Haiti Meeting: Potluck Style so bring food.

Thursday, December 8 we are having a "Celebrity Christmas Party". This is your one night to shine like the star you are meant to be so whip out that flashy smile, power up those sparkling eyes and shine, shine, shine. Dress up as a celebrity of your choice (do remember to be appropriate), and.....I can't think anything else highly metaphorial to finish off-further details to come.

Tuesday- Morning of prayer at Doug and Janelle's 7:30am
Thursday 24 is Service Project. Be at the church at 5:00pm, bring your dazzling smiles, deep, sincere hearts of compassion, as well as service, and bring $3.oo for gas and more money if you would like to purchase snacks on the way home. If anyone needs a place to stay after school on Thursday and would like to partake of a delicious meal prepared by the one and only Janelle, let her know by Tuesday 22.

Aloha ladies and gentlemen,
It is time, once again, to behold with open eyes, prodigious minds and edge of your seat anticipation the schedule for this week. Without further ado let us transfix our gaze on the agenda below.
We should all be interested to know that on

there are prayer meetings. Why should we be interested to know this? Because life isn't a playground, and as 1 Peter 5:8 says,"....your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour." (ESV)
Therefore let us pray without ceasing; for each other, for the church, for the universal church of God, for believers and leaders in our community as well as all over the world. Prayer is the most powerful weapon we have.

"But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth." 1 John 17-19 (ESV)
